Below we answer some of the frequently asked questions in regard to our Client Care Plans

Do the monthly time allocations rollover?

Unfortunately we are unable to allow monthly time allocations to rollover month on month. Our plans have been designed to ensure we service all of our clients with the highest quality of service we can. In order to do this we have to be able to manage our time and resources accordingly month by month which is why we are unable to rollover time allocations.

What happens if my website goes down or gets hacked?

The entire reason behind the maintenace elements of our care plans is to ensure all preventative measures have been taken to secure your site and ensure its smooth running. However we cannot 100% guarantee problems will not occur beyond the scope of our control but you can rest assured that if they do we will be right there working our socks off to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

Good question! Commonly requests tend to be for content updates and small design improvements, however anything that fits into the allotted support time for your Care Plan can be undertaken on your behalf. All we ask you to be aware of is that requests for new features to your website may result in a formal quote for the work where it will go over the dedicated monthly time allowance. If this is the case however we will always inform you of this at the earliest opportunity and we will never do anything with your agreement.

How do the consulting calls work?

Ideally our consulting calls take place as a video call over Skype as this allows for the clearest form of communication. During the calls we help focus on issues for website growth, marketing campaigns or anything else to help grow your business through the use of your website. We find they are extremely benifical and help to provide actionable targets to be undertaken month on month.

What if I need more hours than those included?

If you have a task which needs undertaking and it will require more time than what is allotted to your Care Plan we can provide you with a quote for the work to be completed seperately to your Care Plan or on a case by case basis, and with your approval, we are able to work beyond your time allowance and bill for the exceeded time on an hourly basis. Should this issue arise we will openly discuss the options with you before proceeding.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. Absolutely. We value relationships greater than contracts and we understand that often financial considerations weigh on many decisions. We would hate to see you leave but we don’t wish to lock anyone into lengthy contracts because we believe in the value of freedom of choice. To request a cancellation please email our support desk and we will immediately stop the next payment.

My website was not built by Worth Developing. Can I still subscribe to a client plan?

Although our Care Plans are primarily designed to support websites we build or have re-designed we welcome interest from website owners who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated web design business.

Before we accept any websites that have been built by third parties onto our Care Plan packages we undertake a website evaluation audit to become familiar with the website, how it is built and any potential issues which may arise going forward. Having undertaken the audit we will provide feedback as to our findings along with any criteria that needs to be met before we will accept a website onto one of our Care Plans.

What is included in the Detailed Monthly Report?

Our detailed monthly reports outline the work we have done during the month in caring for your website, updates made, backups taken, uptime, security scans and performance along with analytical data and tracking keyword rankings. Why do I need a month Website Care Plan?

A website care plan ensures your website is kept upto date with the latest security updates helping protect it from potential problems and ensuring it runs to its optimum. You will also also benefit from regular reports of the work undertaken along with being provided an insight to your website performance and analytics, the content visitors are engaging with and how they are find you. All our website care plans also provide an allotted time allowance for minor updates to be made to the site for you.
