I’m based close to Bingley in the lovely village of Oxenhope,
With over 10 years experience building websites I am so much more than just a Web Designer
In the 10 years plus I have been designing and building websites I have built up an enviable portfolio of local businesses, of all sizes, who have been more than satisfified with the service and websites I have delivered for them. In fact, so much so, that a large portion of my work has come from referrals by my existing clients. By focussing on delivering a quality product and by employing my wealth of experience and knowledge, by looking at your web design project from various different angles and considering more than just ‘the visual bells and whistles’ I am able to bring added value to your projects and provide solutions that have substance as well as style.
The websites I build are developed using the industry leading WordPress platform which reputably now powers over 75 million websites on the internet, covering everything from small brochure websites, through to e-commerce sites and includes the likes of The New York Times, Forbes, Microsoft and Sony… so you’ll be in good company and you can rest assurred it’s well maintained and tested!
As well as developing with WordPress to provide contant managed websites all the websites I build are done so to be ‘Responsive’ as standard making sure they perform to the maximum across all internet enabled devices, anything else in today’s world would not be doing the job properly!
At its very core designing a website is for the furtherment of your business, to generate new leads, sell your services or products, to increase your bottom line. It is a point that many web designers fail to truely understand and as such their main focus is on simply delivering the latest trends and enough ‘eye candy’ to wow your visitors. That’s all well and good but your potential customers are more savvy than that, designing a website to deliver results takes a much deeper understanding of the whole spectrum of elements which influence the success of a website. From the way search engines interpret your website, to the use of social media, to considering your sales funnel and ultimately what your aims and objectives are, all these fundamental considerations need to be taken into account if you’re really to get value for money and the return on your investment rather than just a ‘fancy website’.
I’ve been building websites for over 10 years, I started at the bottom and I’ve learnt along the way, something which I’m still doing today as any web designer worth their salt should be doing. Not only do I now know why things work but crucially I also know why things don’t work too. In the 10 years I’ve been lucky enough to continually increase my skills, knowledge and clients in both their numbers and their size. I’ve undertaken all sorts of marketing work and web design briefs for large international busineses, I’ve worked alongside leading industry consultants and I’ve soaked up as much knowledge as I possibly could along the way. Having gone the full circle, I have returned to my roots and the type of work I enjoy the most, working alongside local businesses, providing a personable service, and utilising the wealth of knowledge I have gained to deliver professional results to your business.
